This Marathi ganapati bhajan sung in melodious
voice of Lata Mangeshkar, just energised
the aura around the house today morning....Its a
special day in house and also to all Hindus as all are
merely busy preparing to welcome the
GOD of Cognizance "Shree Ganesh"

The aroma of fresh flowers,  beautiful colourful
Rangoli design, and the delicious Modaks are
making this morning different from  mundane
dawn.As the puja proceeded, we had a aarti and
mantrapushpam.....

The bhajan reminds me of the days ten years back when i along with al my cousins used to
muster at our granny`s place and this song used to be played on a tape recorder....
Well though its difficult for me to think that kinda reunion again because of the work chores...
but i would pray god that it would happen again....by saying

"ganpati bappa morya , phudcha varshi lawkar ya... "

Very Nice Blog on Ganesh Chaturthi, very beautifully written, the devotion for Ganapati emerges from our hearts and soothes our mind and soul by reading ur blog. Yes avi i agree with u, even I remember our good old days spent with granny.

A new gift for christmas - Chrome Operating system by Google

The Santa, who gifted the most successful search engine to the world, was about to open a new gift from the same bag this Christmas. Former CTO of Sun and the current CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt, released the "Chrome Operating system- Powered Laptop" in San Francisco recently. Google is spreading its wings in all the sectors of technology be it the Google ebook store or the Nexus mobile, and now the Chrome OS,the R&D of google is blooming, however, the success of each product is yet to be tasted. About the Chrome OS- laptops, which will be manufactured by Samsung and Acer would consist of Intel Atom processor (with mini 12.1 inches screen). In spite of being released from the technology giants like Google the company decided not to put any logo or branding on the laptop . I always wanted to write something about the placement experience that i had during my final and pre final year B.E, thanks to Mr. V. N. Kulkarni,Head, Training & Placement,NMIT for implementing this idea of Share and Care. What exactly I aim to share, is the state of mind of that student on the day of placement, who’s going to switch from learning to earning mode in life.
